Senior Pastor

Pastor Dean and Nancy Lindstad have been married nearly 30 years.  They have three children; Andrew in New Orleans, Rebecca in Colorado and Eric, who is a senior at Huron High School.  They also have two grandsons, Riley and Ian.  Dean and Nancy met at a college Bible study at Black Hills State University in Spearfish, S.D.  They and three other couples helped pioneer Praise Fellowship in Spearfish in 1977.  God called them to fulltime ministry in 1983.  They attended Christ for the Nations and graduated in 1985.  They have served in a variety of churches including Baptist, Presbyterian, Charismatic, AG, and Open Bible.  Dean graduated with his Master of Divinity from Kings College and Seminary in California in 2004.  After serving as Associate Pastors in California and Texas, Dean and Nancy were called to the Senior pastorate of Huron Church of the Open Bible in 2006 and ordained in 2007 with Open Bible Standard Churches.
